**North Richmond Community Health (NRCH) **is committed to making healthcare more accessible and culturally relevant. NRCH provides a range of medical, allied health, dental and community services to clients from all backgrounds.
The IT Support Officer will provide a broad range of ICT support services within the organisation, including network administration, hardware and software support, helpdesk services and assistance with ICT projects. This will involve working collaboratively with staff across the organisation. This role requires a responsive and flexible practitioner that can prioritise and adapt to a changing work environment.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide ICT support to all end users in a timely manner
- Maintaining Daily Helpdesk Requests
- Assist in managing all networking hardware and software
- Assist in managing desktop and portable devices
- Support the ICT Team to meet department and project goals
- Manage Active Directory including Group Policy administration and user access control
- Coordinate hardware needs and replacement of equipment in consultation with the ICT Manager
- Manage day to day requests for our VOIP solution

**Key Selection Criteria**
Essential qualifications, attributes and skills include, but are not limited to:

- ICT Tertiary Qualification or at least 2 years’ experience, in a similar role
- Proven knowledge/experience in network administration, helpdesk, hardware/software management and maintenance
- Experience with Database Management
