As a Blue Yonder Platform Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the configuration and design of the platform meet the highest standards of quality and effectively align with ongoing business and stakeholder requirements. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues promptly and actively participating in the vibrant technical knowledge-sharing culture, collaborating with other Platform Specialists and the Technology team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Extensive experience and strong understanding of the Blue Yonder solution with a proven track record in configuration.
- A passion for delivering exceptional quality and meeting client expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Senior Platform Specialists, external vendors, and Product/Business Owners to ensure seamless alignment with strategic needs and goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive approach to stay updated on the latest advancements, releases, and enhancements in the Blue Yonder platform.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely delivery and meeting KPI targets.
