About the Role

A leading tertiary education provider is seeking three motivated and detail-focused Talent Acquisition (TA)  Support Officers to join its dynamic People, Talent & Culture (P&C) team during a high-volume period of change.

This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with recruitment systems, tracking processes, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the hiring journey.

You'll report directly to the associate director of Talent Acquisition and support key recruitment and redeployment projects across the university, ensuring smooth and compliant hiring operations during a critical transformation phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support selection and recruitment activities, including ring-fenced and eligible employee processes
  • Generate contracts of employment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain and update Placement and Redeployment trackers
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns via Smart Recruiter (ATS)
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to support organisational change activities
  • Deliver weekly recruitment metrics (e.g. volume processed, turnaround times, error rates)
  • Identify and report process issues or bottlenecks to the QA Advisor to support continuous improvement

About You

  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition support or recruitment administration role
  • Background in a highly regulated environment (e.g. higher education, government, or health sectors preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with contract generation and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using Smart Recruiter or similar ATS is a bonus
