ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the growing team on a permanent basis.

**Location**: Adelaide or Melbourne however other locations considered

As our Compliance Coordinator, you will be an administration superstar responsible for supporting the compliance function at Elders. An integral member of the team under the Head of Compliance you will assist in meeting our compliance obligations and foster a positive compliance culture across the Elders network

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an integral member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance
Researching compliance legislation, standards, and codes
Contribute to the design, implementation, and coordination of projects
Identifying compliance obligations applicable to Elders
Maintain compliance obligations register
Undertake compliance risk assessments
Evaluating compliance controls for effectiveness and adherence
Make recommendations for compliance control improvements

ABOUT YOU

**To succeed at Elders, you will have**:
At least one year of experience in a similar audit, risk, compliance and/or regulatory role
Enjoy problem-solving and analysing data
Flare for engaging stakeholders and building relationships
Basic project management and risk assessment skills
Ability to read legislation and identify compliance obligations
Team player with a can-do attitude is a must
An understanding of agriculture is desirable but not essential
