**Your new company**
Your new role will be within a company that specializes in care of pets and livestock. They are global organization and are looking to further strengthen their logistics division with a Courier Coordinator role. This role is based in Adelaide’s South Eastern Suburbs and will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

**Your new role**
This role requires you to coordinate our team of couriers with daily allocation of set runs, rostering of courier staff to support the Lab operations, supporting the courier fleet while ensuring compliance for vehicles and staff. You will also need to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate collection of samples and delivery to the laboratory. In addition, your supervisory responsibilities may include:

- Perform employee training
- Optimize routes for employees to better deliver on samples
- Daily Review of drivers through TANDA
- Prepare fortnightly rosters
- Implement HR and Admin changes to team and brief them on requirements
- Participate in recruitment of new staff
- You may be required to also courier if short staffed
- You will have 10+ couriers directly reporting to you

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Driver’s License is essential
- Previous Courier experience desired but not required
- Excellent Customer Service record
- Outstanding Supervisory and Relationship building skills
- Proven strong communicator, both written and verbal
