ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Elders Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis of legislation, standards, and codes to support the compliance function. This position also undertakes project work, including evaluating compliance controls, control implementation plans, and the review of reported compliance issues.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Researching compliance legislation, standards and codes
Identifying compliance obligations applicable to Elders
Maintain compliance obligations register

**Use available business data to**:
Undertake compliance risk assessments
Evaluating compliance controls for effectiveness and adherence
Make recommendations for compliance control improvements
Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes

About you

**To succeed at Elders, you will have**:
At least one year of experience in an audit, risk, compliance and/or regulatory role
Experience in policy and, project management, and compliance programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
Experience in utilising and maintaining databases
High level of attention to detail
