**Your new role**
This role will program manage primarily the delivery of the business websites’ BAU as well as support some website and CRM marketing enhancement projects on a day-to-day basis. The focus is to manage the delivery of the BAU website updates by consolidating requirements and creating comprehensive briefs with internal stakeholders and program manage the execution by our hybrid in-house and agency implementation team.
- Work cross-functionally and manage requirements and briefings for the business websites’ updates on their AEM content management system.
- On a day-to-day basis, manage the program of work and the workflow for all web updates. This includes the pipeline of work to the digital agency as well as to two in-house Web Content Management Specialists, supported by an enterprise level ticketing platform.
- Prioritise a high number of website updates for BAU, model launch and projects as per business needs and stakeholder priorities and reprioritize as per emerging business needs and manage website updates interdependencies.
- Conduct weekly and/or daily meetings to prioritise web updates and projects and resolve or escalate related issues.
- Educate internal stakeholders on and champion the new website updates operating model, as well as propose improvements to the new operating model based on stakeholder feedback and gaining efficiencies.
- Ensure websites’ updates are completed as per business priorities and on time and on budget.
- Conduct UAT for selected web enhancement projects in support of relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver regular reports and status updates on BAU work and delivery of enhancement projects for website and CRM marketing activities.
- Support the agency retainer reconciliation for BAU website updates, flag issues, manage scope of updates to the agreed retainer and projects budget.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certification or professional course in project/ program management
- 2-3 years’ experience in project or program management in a digital or marketing environment
- Proven experience to plan, prioritise and deliver a high volume of competing priorities
- Sound experience with project management tools and as well as with workflow/ task management platforms such as Jira (or similar)
- Work experience in a digital or marketing/brand agency
- Highly detail oriented, focussed and can effectively multi-task
- Experience in establishing or refining processes to achieve streamlined and efficient workflows
- Superior stakeholder engagement and communication skills and people skills
- 1-2 years' experience in managing and motivating a small team
