**Your new role**
You will develop and execute marketing strategies and programs to drive the company’s growth. This is an opportunity for a high performing and enthusiastic individual to shape the next chapter of the company as it pioneers the esports and betting industry.

What You’ll Do:

- Create and drive strategy: Develop and execute a company marketing strategy and a go-tomarket

(GTM) strategy for the business' casino and esports bingo products.
- Drive revenue: Develop new ways to gain exposure and acquire customers through digital

channels across multiple countries and regions.
- Develop promotions: Identify and analyse best practice promotions with knowledge of the

intricacies of casino products to create a net positive outcome.
- Be hands on: Execute and manage all digital marketing activities, including affiliate, web,
- Make a measurable impact: Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives

with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven success in the betting/wagering/gaming (preferred) or esports industry (optional)
- Has robust experience in affiliate marketing
- Has experience or knowledge in targeting Asia, Europe or other regions
- Possess strong knowledge and exposure in digital marketing
- Familiar with digital metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Has a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
