**Primary Objective**
Lead the strategic planning, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing activities across Holidays & Residential brands.
Responsible for developing and executing the digital performance marketing strategy to accelerate growth, support commercial objectives around lead generation and revenue.
**Priorities**:
- Build, execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns for relevant stages of marketing funnel.
- Identity and implement strategies to drive new acquisition and nurture existing prospects through the funnel, achieving commercial outcomes.
- Analysing, reporting and recommend optimisation and continuous improvement in priority metrics
**Key Accountabilities**
**Performance Marketing**
- Lead the planning and execution of all agreed digital campaigns to support commercial objectives
- Performance manage external partners to delivery projects, ongoing digital services, optimise campaign ROI and achieve campaign objectives
- Continuously review and optimise digital channels and digital campaign performance
**Analysis & Reporting**
- Analyse and provide ongoing reporting on digital channel performance and campaign results
- Continuously improve reporting dashboards, to enhance data-driven decision making
- Work with key stakeholders to improve customer insights across digital channels to drive commercial outcomes
**Budget management**
- Manage and provide regular reporting of digital project and campaign spend
- Provide recommendations on optimal spend to achieve commercial growth outcomes
**Scalable Platform Capa**bility**
- Continuously review and look for opportunities to optimise marketing efficiency and quality of output through new process, improving existing processes and technology improvements that drive scalability in the platform capability
- Ensure risk management and governance frameworks are developed and continuously improved around marketing activities
**Relationship Management**
- Work with the Chief Marketing Officer and other stakeholders to select and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Develop and implement partnerships with service and product providers that are mutually beneficial and provide a competitive edge
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximise revenue opportunities through effective through effective digital planning and tactics
- Develop and maintain positive sector representation including industry associations, key consultants and industry data
- Actively drive positive relationships with external stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and contractors; build and enhance external networks to ensure commercial outcomes
- Maintain key stakeholder relations during and post project and campaign delivery
- Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all internal stakeholders

**Experience / Requirements**
Essential
- 4+ years with demonstrated experience delivering performance focused digital marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership ability
- Resourceful; strong promoter and driver of innovation and innovative thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen and execution of business cases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work well within a team environment
