**Training Business Operations Manager - Australia and New Zealand**

To meet this need, we are looking for a talented professional with a passion for learning and with strong data analytics, communications, operations and program management experience. The role will collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute skilling initiatives to help support the growing tech skills deficit in Australia and New Zealand.

**Role deliverables**
- Training business analysis and reporting
- Program management of low-touch/digital self-serve skilling customer segment
- Rhythm of the business (ROB) and business review preparation
- Training schedule and modality optimisation
- Operationalise new & evolving modalities:

- Operationalise WWL skilling programs within broader investment programs:

- Business Planning co-ordination and Communications:
**Desired Skills / capability**
- Strong data and analytics skills (excel, data analysis, reporting)
- Proven Experience in the area of technical training and enablement
- Working knowledge / experience of Cloud Services & Solutions (preferably Azure)
- Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI
- Administration & operations excellence, attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to positively influence others
- Very strong written and communications skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Program management experience
- Interest/passion for skilling
- Strong stakeholder management skills
