Customer Service Officer

$30.8 per hour + super

Cringilla, Wollongong

We are currently recruiting for a Customer service officer to be based at head office in Cringilla, Wollongong.

**About your new role**:

- As a customer service officer, you will be servicing the support of key clients and assisting any customer enquiries, responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:_
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to key clients and customer.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Investigating and providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised.
- Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.

**About you**:

- Previous contact center or similar experience is desired.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
