What You'll Be Doing:
• Answering incoming calls with a smile
• Processing orders and handling data entry
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Filing and general admin tasks
• Supporting your teammates whenever needed
What We're Looking For:
• Basic to intermediate computer skills including excel and Outlook
• experience with Unleashed sales/inventory software would be advantageous
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• A collaborative team player
