**About the role**

We are seeking self-motivated and customer service-focused team members to work across our 4 stores in Corrimal, Wollongong, Warrawong, and Shellharbour. With the potential to settle in one or two stores after your probation period, this role offers flexibility and variety. Whether you prefer part-time (minimum 3 days) or full-time (5 days) work, we have options available. Embrace the opportunity to work Monday to Sunday, with every second weekend off.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, assisting with loans and purchasing second-hand goods.
- Organise and clean second-hand goods, ensuring they are ready for sale.
- Use you negotiation skills to determine fair pricing and offers for goods (training provided).
- Maintain accurate records and update our computer system with relevant information.

**Skills & experience**
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Prior customer service experience in industries like retail, hospitality, travel, finance/banking, etc. will be highly regarded.
- Show empathy and kindness when dealing with sensitive situations.
- Embrace challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Thrive in a people-oriented environment, genuinely enjoying interactions with customers.
- Be computer literate

**About us**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
