We are partnering with a well-established Australian and New Zealand manufacturing and distribution business, who are experiencing sustained growth through innovation and diversification. The business is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for one of their key sites near Launceston, Tasmania.

You will provide operational human resource and employee relations guidance and support to the site by partnering with and coaching the line managers and supervisors in all areas of HR, ER, and IR. Reporting into the Group HR Manager, you will also provide support to the broader business and HR team as required.

What are they looking for?
- Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Experience working with a blue-collar workforce is essential. Manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal skills where you can gain trust quickly and influence effectively
- Highly analytical with advanced planning and time management skills
- Determine and initiate change that is aligned with commercial outcomes
