**HR Partner** is a purpose-built HR platform designed for small to medium-sized businesses — especially those with remote or distributed teams. We help busy people manage HR without the headaches: from recruitment and onboarding to leave tracking, employee records, performance reviews, and more.

We’re a small but mighty team with customers all over the world — and big plans for growth. We’re looking for a freelance **Performance Marketing Specialist** who’s excited to be part of that journey, helping us reach more of the right people through smart, well-executed campaigns.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, thoughtful, and focused on results — not just impressions.

✋ **No agencies please — we’re after an individual freelancer who’ll become part of the team, not just a service provider.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across **Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** and **LinkedIn**.
- Refine targeting, messaging, and creative to improve **ROAS**, **CPA**, **CTR**, and **CAC**.
- Set up A/B tests and build out scalable campaign structures.
- Monitor performance and share clear insights and next steps — no fluff.
- Bring new ideas to the table and help us keep improving how and where we show up.
- Collaborate with our team on copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion flows.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Hands-on experience** running performance marketing campaigns across **Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn**.
- Experience working with **SaaS products**, ideally B2B or SMB-focused.
- A strong understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, targeting, and campaign metrics.
- Someone who’s **independent, proactive, and practical** — we value initiative over ego.
- A clear communicator who’s happy working solo but wants to be part of a tight-knit, friendly team.

**Other Details**
- Fully remote — with some overlap in the **Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)** zone.
- Ideally based in **Australia**, the **UK**, or the **US West Coast**.
- Approx. **1 day per week (8 hours)** — with room to scale as we grow. And you decide how to split your time.
- We’re after a **long-term partnership**, not short-term help.

- Use tools like **Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio**, or **Active Campaign**.
- Can contribute to **strategy**, content/ad testing, or landing page improvement.
- Enjoy working with small teams who care about doing things well and supporting each other along the way.
