Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with this well known Australian Manufacturer. With exciting prospects ahead, there is now an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team. The HR Business Partner will be a senior member of HR team and will contribute to achieving the overarching HR strategy to drive a positive, high performing culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a trusted advisor and truly partner with multiple sites to drive positive changes. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work together across the full generalist remit. Additionally, you with drive leadership development across the business, ensuring that high potential employees are equipped with the leadership capabilities to become future leaders within the business.

To be successful within this position, you will have a strong HR generalist background, with strong ER case management skills. You will ideally have worked within FMCG or Manufacturing and have exposure to working within a unionised environment. As a HR practitioner, you will be known for your strong ability to lead and influence positive cultural changes and possess a commercial mindset.
