- $160,000 - $180,000 inclusive of superannuation

Due to a period of change and growth, this global resources organisation is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team for a 12 month Fixed Term contract. As the HR Business Partner, you will work as part of a high performing HR Team to deliver a HR Partnering service to middle management across their corporate client group.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will:

- Partner with the corporate arm of the business to provide advice, guidance and coaching throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- Work to understand the key strategic challenges and implement solutions in line with business goals and objectives.
- Create talent development pathways and succession plans for future critical roles.
- Partner with leaders on change management initiatives, ensuring that employees and leaders are brought on the journey.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or business related discipline.
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience.
- Ideally professional services experience, or have supported a corporate client group.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop ideas and work through the implementation of new initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
