Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with this well-known, highly respected Australian retail business to recruit for a HR Business Partner to join their team. The HR Business Partner will join a collaborative, dynamic and high performing team to deliver a HR Partnering service across a mixed client group.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Owning a mixed client group comprised of retail stores and the corporate support function, you will provide advice and guidance to leaders across the group on all people related matters.
- Working across a range of ER Cases; managing the process from start to finish, including running any relevant investigations. You will provide leaders with advice and ensure to mitigate risk at each stage of the process.
- Partnering with leaders to determine high potential talent across the business and providing succession plans for highlighted employees.
- Coaching and educating leaders on people management skills; empowering leaders to have the tough conversations with their employees when needed.
- Supporting recruitment activities for key roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assisting and leading any HR projects on an ad hoc basis.
To be successful within the role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Prior experience working within a similar HR Business Partnering role.
- Ideally experience working within the retail of FMCG industry.
- The ability to influence effectively.
