**About the company**:
Our client, a reputable, national organisation, are looking for a Business Partner to join their P&C team. This is a true business partnering role & you will be working with two diverse portfolios within the organisation. You will need to establish solid relationships with portfolio managers and employees across the organisation. Another key element of the role is to provide expert HR advice and consultation within a team 4 other Business Partners.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Act as a true and trusted HR Business Partner
- Strategically support & guide managers across the employment lifecycle
- Advice on company policies, procedures & general best practices
- Workforce planning
- Effectively onboard & support new starters
- Manage offboarding processes
- Work collaboratively with other HR Business Partners & the HR Manager to provide specialist advice and case management on relevant employee relations matters
- Any other duties & project work as required in the P&C team

**You will have the following**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Demonstrated relevant experience in generalist HR roles
- Experience in performance management and general employee relations
- Excellent track record of stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- High level coaching skills
- Sound project management
