**About the organisation**
With a mission of funding innovative ovarian cancer research to save women’s lives through early detection and personalised treatment, the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation Incorporated (OCRF) is the largest non-governmental funder of ovarian cancer research in Australia, and the major funder overall of research into early detection and diagnosis. The Committee of Management seeks an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to continue the success of the highly regarded incumbent in leading the OCRF.

**About the role**
Reporting to and working collaboratively with the Committee of Management, the CEO is guided by OCRF’s purpose and values to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives, including maintaining and enhancing reputation and credibility of the organisation in driving research, diversifying income streams and securing new supporters. This includes building on opportunities to amplify OCRF’s influence, funding and research impact. Critical to success in this role is supporting the OCRF’s high-performing professional team, fostering exceptional stakeholder relationships and forging valuable partnerships with key research and commercial partners.

A highly respected and values-driven leader, you are authentic and empathetic, inspiring others through great people leadership, innovation and outcomes. Committed and commercially savvy, you drive results and are skilled in all facets of achieving concept to delivery. A proven CEO or senior executive, you possess exemplary governance and management capabilities. Underpinning your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills is your ability to balance strategy with being hands on, ensuring risk and compliance are covered, while navigating and influencing complex stakeholder relationships. Entrepreneurial in approach to marketing and fundraising, you relish the opportunity to build on a legacy and play a key role in advancing ovarian cancer research in early detection and diagnosis to save lives.
