Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Melbourne, Australia.

As CEO you will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, from finance, strategic planning and product development, to technology, sales & marketing and people.

You will lead a small but impressive and dedicated international team. You will set the company's strategic direction, champion new product initiatives, provide direct support to the regions and be active in client and industry engagement.

The CEO has a mandate to execute a progressive transformation agenda that is focused on:

  • product development that leverages advancements in technology and strategic partnerships
  • growing returns from the company's highly-regarded syndicated competitive benchmarking program, insights platform and intelligence tools
  • delivering operational efficiencies across the research program while improving margins
  • improvin quality, timeliness and access to data and insights for clients
  • improving the awarenesss of Global Reviews across key international markets and industry verticals
  • managing risk exposures
  • nurturing and building an international team.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong finance, business planning and operations management experience
  • Proven experience in product strategy and technology-led product development
  • First hand exposure to the research and insights sector
  • Professional services sales capabilities
  • Strong leadership, management and coaching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An MBA or related post graduate degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
