The newly formed Analytics Institute of Australia (AIA) seeks an outstanding individual to provide strategic executive leadership in the day-to-day management, business development and stakeholder engagement as its Chief Executive Officer.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for the executive leadership of the AIA to achieve the organisation’s vision. This will include the development and implementation of the strategic plan, in addition to staff recruitment and management, and student recruitment and support. The CEO will lead activities to represent and promote AIA externally, ensuring the Institute meets the requirements of appropriate accreditation, registration, authorisation and endorsement, and fostering a culture of and reputation for academic excellence.

**The Organisation**

A new and exciting Institute and the first of its kind in Australia, the Analytics Institute of Australia aims to revitalise the idea of contemporary analytics and business transformation in an ever changing society heavily influenced by the fourth industrial revolution. It will educate tomorrow’s entrepreneurs and managers using the technologies and methods of data science, intelligence and modelling that are transforming the ways that business is conducted.

Focusing initially on analytics, visualisation, and human-centered business transformation, it will offer practical and relevant courses in creating and running businesses that make optimal use of data, insights, creativity to make inspired decisions.

AIA is registered as an Institute of Higher Education by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) and listed on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). It offers practical higher education to help students to thrive in tomorrow’s world by equipping them with knowledge, techniques and skills for the lives, jobs, and organisations of the future.
