As the Head of Financial Reporting for our Life Insurance and Superannuation business, you will lead a team of finance experts who provide financial modelling, reporting, and analysis to facilitate decision making across the business.
You will act as one of the main points of contact for strategic initiatives and brief the leadership teams on the projected outcomes. You will monitor, assess, and evaluate finance business processes in collaboration with local controllers to ensure an efficient, high-quality service, adequate performance of controls, and to identify any opportunities for improvement.

- Extensive experience in a similar role with people management responsibilities, preferably within the Life Insurance industry.
- Strong technical accounting background with experience in statutory and regulatory accounting and SAP general ledger.
- CPA/CA qualified
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- High-level of proficiency with excel.
