**NDIS Support Coordinator**

At Advance Support Co we are passionate about providing exceptional support coordination services to our clients. We currently looking for an experienced support coordinator to join our team. You will be working with an existing caseload and really need to be able to hit the ground running.

You may be someone looking for a a bit more autonomy and control over your work/life balance.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate in a positive and collaborative way
- Experience as a support coordinator/LAC/Planner or similar with a good understanding of NDIS legislation, processes and guidelines.
- Experience with keeping case notes and excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and establish an ongoing rapport with clients and stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently from home office
- A mature, flexible and committed attitude to your clients and work
- Results driven, solutions focused
- You will be system savvy and comfortable with following policies and procedures

**Preferred**:

- A relevant qualification in Community/Social Services, Allied Health, Mental Health, aged care highly regarded
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the NDIS

**Mandatory**
- Current Driver’s License and own car, Police check, Working with Children’s Check DWES

**Location**:

- Melbourne Eastern/ South East Suburbs VIC (Must reside in this area)

**License**:

- Drivers (required)
