We work closely with individuals living with disabilities, building meaningful partnerships through tailored support activities that focus on each person's unique goals and strengths.

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and committed Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver personalised care and practical assistance to help our clients achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and community access support
- Assist with daily living activities and implementation of client care plans
- Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the client’s care

**Must Have or Willing to Obtain**
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
