We seek a Full Time (Contract 3 Months opportunity for extension) Campus Coordinator - Support to aid in service delivery and administrative tasks alongside our campus coordinators.
**What this role involves**
As the **Campus Coordinator Support**:
**You will**:
- Provide daily administrative support to CCs.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Oversee rostering and staff vacancies.
- Manage participant file documentation.
- Ensure completion of mandatory training.
- Maintain up-to-date program write-ups and risk assessments.
- Manage client Penelope profiles and demographic data.
- Support WHS requirements and site inspections.
- Assist with preparations for new intake and events.
- Cross-check activity fee reports against attendance records.
**Eligibility**:
- Qualifications in Relevant Field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the sector.
- Valid driver's license
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers' Screening Check
- Familiarity with Disability Services Act 2006, NDIS, NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards, and Victorian Charter of Human Rights
