This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Senior Talent and Learning Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for reviewing the talent acquisition strategy and looking at ways of improvement and alignment across the business. The autonomy is there for the individual to take ownership of the field and bring in their expertise to the table to develop and bring the function to life.

The business is ever growing with high importance around retention strategy, this individual will be responsible in working closely with HR and wider stakeholders around retention, EVP, succession planning and pipelining for future opportunities. A blend of strategy and BAU will keep you busy and challenged in an ever changing and fast moving environment. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is key, and being the businesses go to talent advisor.

The role will also be responsible for end to end recruitment, being apart of the full employee cycle from job briefing, advertising, interviewing and onboarding.
