**The role**

We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Full-Time Permanent opportunity to lead the volume recruitment for a large insurer in Sydney.

In this role, you will
- Partner with key stakeholders in the business to delivery high volume customer centric roles
- Managing end to end recruitment process for high-volume roles across the business
- Ongoing reporting and process improvements

**About you**
With experience in recruitment, ideally from an RPO or MSP, you will have a passion for implementing best practice talent acquisition methodologies including talent attraction and selection.
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting experience with an RPO, agency, or inhouse recruitment team
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM required (desirable)
- A true leader, with a positive attitude and encouraging approach to leading a team
- Critical and strategic thinker
