Collaborating closely with two supportive HR Managers, you’ll be instrumental in driving proactive talent acquisition solutions across the business, from Graduates through to senior leaders. **You will be responsible for**: - Developing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across a range of roles and disciplines within the business - Conduct necessary pre-employment checks and screenings - Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders including hiring Managers and Directors, HR Managers, recruiters, universities etc - Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities - Collaborate with the broader HR and marketing teams to enhance existing processes and employer branding initiatives.
