**Your new role**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of corporate services roles, as well as:

- Advising on talent acquisition, retention and attraction best practices and trends
- Liaising with hiring managers to assist in their recruitment needs
- Negotiating with external stakeholders
- Keeping accurate data

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
- Knowledge of current talent acquisition best practices and tools
- Negotiation skills and proven ability to build strong rapports with key stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills
