Site Administration Officer

Golding are recruiting for a Site Administration Officer to join the the team in our Urban office based at Ormeau | Monday - Friday

Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland and South Australia. We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.

**Key role tasks**:

- Processing invoices, timesheets and production reports
- Preparing requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipts
- Reconciliations of onsite accounts
- Compile reports including but not limited to Monthly Progress Report, IVMS Report and Training Records
- Establishing, controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
- Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence
- General administration duties for the project team

**Key role capability requirements**:

- Experience in working with SAP
- An ability to learn new computer systems quickly
- Good work ethic with ability to work long hours
- An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A high attention to detail with good organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and confidently
- Experience in using Microsoft Office to an advanced level
- The ability to work in and contribute to a team
