Safety, Health, Environment & Training Administration Officer

Golding Urban are currently recruiting for a Safety Administration Officer to work as part of the SHET Team at our Ormeau office

Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland and Western Australia. Golding is seeking an experienced **SHET Administration Officer** to work as part of the Safety team, in our Urban Division. This position is located in Ormeau, however, will support various projects with inductions. The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient administration support to the Safety team.

**_ This role operates on a Monday to Friday 5/2 roster._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and file SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) records as per GMS guidelines and instructions from the SHET Superintendent
- Input SHE data into Golding and client systems following the SHET Superintendent's requirements
- Manage the site PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) inventory, ensuring it remains at the authorized level
- Assist the safety team in the preparation of safety documentation including risk assessments, Safe Work Method Statements, toolbox talks
- Maintain and monitor SHET registers, databases and schedules;
- Actively contribute to site safety, quality assurance, and environmental goals.

**Key Role Capabilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of interest and commitment to safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Previous experience in the civil industry in a Safety Admin role is highly regarded.
