**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**
- ** Mobilisaton Coordinator** to join our Team
- Working an 8x6 local roster
- Based in our Jakovich Office

Are you able to bring clarity to complex situations and meet customer expectations? In a planner (dispatcher) role at Mammoet, you’ll have responsibility for ensuring there is a practical, organized method of executing engineering plans. You will need to establish the most effective way of coordinating all moving parts, and also be able to think on your feet if things change.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Manage project schedules and performance reports
- Advise on equipment and personnel requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Book client / site specific travel requirements and medicals
- Oversee and arrange training requirements and a drug and alcohol testing
- Collaborate with Depot Managers and key stakeholders

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- General knowledge / experience in planning or scheduling ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of cranes or transport highly regarded
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to form strong relationships and be a team player
- Adaptable and resilient to change
- A desire to learn, willingness to take ownership and a good attitude
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
