SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

- **Work Force Planner** to join our Work Force Planning team
- **8x6** Local roster
- Working at our **Jakovich Office**, Perth

Are you able to bring clarity to complex situations and meet customer expectations? In a planner role at Mammoet, you’ll have responsibility for ensuring there is a practical, organized method of executing engineering plans. You will need to establish the most effective way of coordinating all moving parts, and also be able to think on your feet if things change.

Mammoet Australia are looking for a forward
- thinking Workforce Planner to join their high performing team. Working on 8 days on, 6 days off roster, you will ultimately be responsible for ensuring our shutdown and workforce labour requirements are achieved. You will be a person who naturally thrives in a fast
- paced environment and have the confidence to make quick decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Workforce forecasting and planning of labour across numerous clients
- Schedule and manage employees and their rosters
- Complete high volume mobilisations
- Partner with our Operations and Mobilisations Teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- 2+ years’ experience in a workforce management or rostering role within the resource sectors
- Previous shutdown experience
- Prior mobilisation experience in Enable or FMG OI Portal highly regarded
- Ability to problem solve and show initiative
