We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our dedicated team in Henderson.

About the RoleAs a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting management, coordinating mobilisation and documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring all project-related activities run smoothly. You will act as the key link between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders, helping projects stay on track and compliant with internal and external processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mobilisation for all personnel, including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire.
  • Coordinate mobilisation logistics, including arranging training, medicals, and other compliance requirements.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute operational documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
  • Manage inbound communications, answering calls, responding to enquiries, and directing information to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with any other project administration tasks as required.

About you

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous administration experience is preferred, experience in mobilisation or project administration is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage workloads, and perform under pressure.
  • Retain unrestricted Australian working rights.
