The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact demolition and decommissioning projects from start to finish. You'll manage people, budgets, schedules, and contractors while driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead projects from planning through completion, including resource management, scheduling, and cost control.
- Drive Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) compliance, conducting audits and promoting a positive safety culture.
- Prepare tenders, manage procurement, contractors, and project documentation, including demolition permits.
- Manage financials: budgets, forecasts, claims, variations, and cost control.
- Supervise, mentor, and mobilise on-site personnel, coordinating external consultants as required.
- Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and consultation.
The Candidate:
- Proven project management experience in demolition, remediation, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
