**Accountabilities include**:

- Interpret, research, analyse, and advise on complex and/or sensitive workplace HR issues.
- Coordination of workforce programs and projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders on a range of HR & Capability activities.Using project management methodology, conduct research and contribute to the identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative solutions to workforce requirements and challenges.
- Ensure successful business outcomes through effective HR metrics, analysis and reporting using PowerBI and Human Resource systems and through contributing to the development of reports and briefing notes.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and service providers to gain support and influence outcomes for the achievement of business and strategic objectives.
- Represent PDO on committees and working groups for a range of workforce management activities. This position reports to the Principal Advisor (HR & Capability) and has 0 direct reports.
