**Your new role**
A vacancy has become available at a large, specialised facility in the Pialligo/Brindabella Precinct, and are on the hunt for people to join their Property Management and Operations team. This organisation prides itself on their culture, unique working environment, and excellent employee benefits.

As a Caretaker, you will have the opportunity to provide and contribute to the presentation of the precinct and buildings, as well as provide professional and superior customer service to the tenants. The Caretaker’s purpose is to use their initiative and drive to improve the customer experience, as well as ensuring all buildings and surrounding areas are rubbish and waste free, guaranteeing all sites are always presented at their best. If you’re somebody who enjoys interacting with others, keeping things neat and tidy as well as being able to think quickly on your feet, and efficiently multitask, then this is the role for you

A Caretaker will be interacting with tenants and the general public as well as subcontractors. When required, you may also have to assist other teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous maintenance experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Team Player
- Professionally presented
- High delivery and attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter who can work autonomously
- White card, asbestos awareness(desirable)
- Chemical certificate (desirable)
- Driver’s licence, truck licence (desirable)
- Be able to pass a 10-year police check
