**About the role**:
In this role, you will be essential to the daily management of CDC data centers, overseeing site logistics, physical security, general maintenance, facility presentation, and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the CDC team to ensure a world-class customer experience and maintain secure, uninterrupted facility operations.
- Supervise and coordinate all facilities maintenance activities in line with approved workplans, ensuring overall building compliance.
- Oversee the internal and external presentation of the facilities and coordinate caretakers and contracted staff members.
- Manage all logistics activities within the facilities, collaborating with the Operations team and enforcing security protocols and standards.
- Inspect facility structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations and supervise access for clients, guests, contractors, and suppliers.
- Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security, while maintaining emergency and health and safety infrastructure per regulations and CDC policy.
- Enforce safe work practices and supervise staff as directed by management, acting as an ambassador for the company.
- Lead and participate in team meetings and committees, model CDC's DNA and Leadership Fundamentals, provide cultural and operational leadership, mentor junior staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
**About you**:
- Property Management or Facilities Management Qualifications, or
- Demonstrated experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management or Security Management.
- Prior Experience in Site Supervision and People Management (Staff - Contractors & Suppliers).
**Essential**:
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain, an NV1 Security Clearance
