Property Maintenance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your hands-on maintenance skills with excellent customer service expertise.

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a large, specialised facility in Canberra. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the presentation of the precinct and buildings, as well as providing professional and superior customer service to our tenants.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and the general public
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of all sites
  • Using initiative and drive to enhance the customer experience
  • Working effectively with subcontractors and other teams when required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous maintenance experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A team player mindset
  • High delivery and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and think quickly on your feet
