**Your new role**
Working as the Estate Caretaker, you will be responsible for working closely development managers and project teams to manage and monitor maintenance on the completed estate works of residential subdivision developments. Major tasks and responsibilities include;
- Carry out inspections and management of all site verges, completed landscape works & plantings within a large development precinct.
- Liaise with trades, builders, council authorities and various other stakeholders Inspections of boarders with regards to the rehabilitation of the same, under the Verge Compliance bond refund scheme
- Reporting of any environmental measures that may need to be undertaken
- Regular an ongoing inspection of the Estate and reporting of relevant departments for items such as; Damage to streets, kerbs & services, damage to street trees and Illegal dumping of rubbish on blocks & common areas.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Ability to build strong partnerships with all key stakeholders, including staff, clients, builders and council
- Seek continuous improvement and ongoing training
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Previous exposure within the building/estate management industry
- Strong communication skills
- Previous exposure within Work, Health and Safety Legislation
