Precinct Caretaker Job Opportunity

At our flagship ACT site, we require an individual to assist in maintaining the property's presentation, adhering to Australian Standards.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to tenants, investigating their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Precinct Presentation: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, ensuring uniform is clean and well-maintained. Ensure buildings and surroundings are free from litter, utilizing initiative and decision-making skills for smooth operations.
  • Maintenance: Attend to minor maintenance tasks within skill level as requested by Facilities Manager or Team Leader.

This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, White Card certification, Asbestos Awareness, and a valid Driver's License.
