**The Role**
The Visits Coordinator will coordinate a range of events including, diary management, meeting arrangements, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, responding to correspondence, coordination and prioritisation of documentation, leading logistics to support the running of the event, assist with secretariat support to Committees, sub committees and Director meetings including preparation of draft correspondence, agendas, papers, presentations, briefing notes and minutes.

The position will require a sound understanding of the security requirements associated with SRG capabilities and the limitations placed on access to certain capabilities. The scope of the visits, including the meeting arrangements, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, responding to correspondence, coordination and prioritisation of documentation, overseeing logistics arrangements to support the running of the events, booking venues and catering for the visits.

The Visits Coordinator will manage the coordination of visits for HQ SRG RAAF Edinburgh visits program. The Visits Coordinator will oversee the Executive support to SRG based in Edinburgh.

The Visits Manager will have a considerable level of experience with stakeholder engagement and be able to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders’ needs and expectations in order to achieve the Force Element Group and wider Defence business outcomes.
