**About Us**: Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the industrial manufacturing space, is currently seeking a National Operations Manager to join their team in Brisbane (Brendale), Queensland. If you're a motivated professional with a robust background in operations management and a knack for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee warehousing and logistics operations to align with company strategic targets.
- Manage Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM/Fabrication Workshop) operations, including planning, routine management, team leadership, and customer service.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations, people, and processes.
- Control and allocate resources to meet OSM, maintenance workshop, and machine service requirements.
- Monitor team and individual performance against project schedules and targets.
- Maintain ISO quality standards and support audits.
- Promote and enforce a safe working philosophy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Preferably hold a university degree in engineering or business economics, or possess similar experience.
- An understanding of pipe movement would be beneficial but not required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a background in team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills, convincing communication, and the ability to build trust within teams.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to inspire enthusiasm.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and performance excellence.

**Location**:

- Brisbane (Brendale), Queensland

**Offer**:
$140k-160k + Bonus + $20K CA + Super
**Travel Requirements**:

- As required, including interstate and international travel.
