**POSITION**:
A **National Operations** position has now become available due to company growth which can be based out of **Brisbane** or **Sydney**.
- Responsible for the development of the management teams across the Admin, Service and Warehouse Divisions.
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of current and potential business systems
- Join the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless service and product delivery metrics are established and upheld
- Help deliver business growth via advanced resource planning in alignment with global growth strategy

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:
- Proven track record of running national operations achieving growth across multiple branches and divisions of a business. (Essential)
- If you have relatable industry experience to Earthmoving or Construction (Desirable)
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken.
