4 Voices supports women and girls in crisis - those fleeing violence, experiencing homelessness, cut off from support, or simply alone. We meet them on the frontline and over the phone, without judgement, without red tape, and without delay. Our current bases are South East Queensland and Greater Sydney. We're growing. Fast. And we need a bold, unshakeable operational leader to help us build the teams, systems, scale the services, and back our 500 plus volunteers as we take this national.

If you're the right person, you already know the pressure of crisis response work. You've built complex, multi-site operations. You've led large, dispersed teams. You know how to make things work - and keep them working - under stress, with compassion, and with a steady hand. But most importantly, you're driven by purpose. You feel the urgency. And you're ready to put your skills to work where they'll make the greatest difference. This role leads all frontline and phone support operations across Australia. You'll guide our state-based managers, our phone support leadership, and our systems for scale. You'll improve coverage, quality, safety and sustainability. And you'll help deliver on our ambitious plan to help more women, faster, and better.

While our head office is based in Brisbane, the role can be located anywhere in Australia with travel required.
