This is your opportunity to provide leadership to a maturing information management capability, being involved from the very beginning of our journey. You will be supported to establish the practice that you know will make a real difference to our team members whose work will be directly and positively impacted by the outcomes you achieve for RSHQ.About the role: Key aspects of your accountabilities include: Planning
- You will stay in front of industry trends, contributing your extensive knowledge into the development of the digital and information management strategies.
Policy
- Establishing the policies and standards that will guide how information is used and managed.
Business Value
- Information is only valuable if it's in the hands of the people who need it to make informed decisions. You will work with the business to understand the value of information, and through it you will change the lives of the people that matter most, your customers.
Relationship Management
- You will build relationships within your team, and across the organisation. Travelling to our regional locations on occasion and when necessary to meet the people who use the information and knowledge you make available.
Information Security
- Ensuring the information we have is used only for what it is intended, protecting RSHQ and our customer's data will be your highest priority.
- highly experienced in working within an IT or information management setting
- motivated to provide practical, solutions-focussed and strategic planning for future business solutions
- able to work well under pressure and within time constraints
- passionate about contributing to the team and developing strong customer relationships
- committed to developing a consistent approach and tools for document management
