**Professional abilities**:

- Background in closing B2B sales, including longer sales cycles for large corporates
- A history of account management, renewing and expanding key accounts
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels from C Suite, finance and procurement down to hiring managers
- Experience in contract tendering, negotiation and management
- Process-oriented with in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficiency with CRM software, Excel and Office suite
- Experience in recruitment or consultancy sales is an advantage, as is a degree in Sales, Business Administration and/or experience in marketing promotion.

And of course, you’re passionate about social impact and good initiatives Bonus points if you have an understanding of autism and neurodiversity or experience with the values and principles of social impact organisations.

**The role in a nutshell**
You will work as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team to achieve the significant growth this company has forecasted across both recruitment and consultancy services.

The role includes winning new clients (40%) and expanding existing accounts (60%). The new business pipeline involves leading prospects through an educational client journey.

Your role includes:

- Implementing a sales strategy for all programs and services for year-on-year growth
- Negotiating and securing ongoing business with new clients
- Nurturing existing relationships to renew and increase their business each year
- Developing customised solutions with internal teams
- Spending face-to-face time with clients in their office to build relationships and support their programs
- Promoting the incredible value of an inclusive workplace
- Proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities
- Iterating sales strategies, processes, tools and resources
- Short periods of interstate travel, once or twice a month.
