Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced National Business Manager to join our Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (ALB) Woolworths team.
**Your Impact**
We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced National Business Manager to lead our biggest sub-categories of Soft Drink and Mixers, working on iconic brands including Pepsi, Solo, Mountain Dew and Schweppes, across Woolworths and Woolworths Metro.
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Woolworths you will have one direct report, a National Account Executive and be responsible for the development and implementation of effective short
- and long-term strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets and performance KPI’s. This role requires influence and the ability to build strong customer and internal relationships, as well as the ability to coach and develop our Woolworths account team.
**Other key responsibilities include**
- Responsible for the achievement of Woolworths Volume, NSR and Profitability targets with a focus on CSD, Mixers and Woolworths Metro.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver promotional, revenue management and activation strategies to maximise brand share, and optimise ROI and commercial delivery.
- Lead point of contact with Beverage Aisle category manager and manages business with the assistance of their direct report (NAE - Key Accounts).
- Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders from Asahi, PepsiCo and Woolworths to plan and deliver the budgeted sales result.
- Lead relevant JBP initiatives, monthly reporting, forecasting and day to day co-ordination and execution of the customer plan.
- Partner with demand planning to ensure customer centric supply chain collaboration.
**About You**
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a National Business Manager or National Account Manager from within the FMCG industry. You will have exceptional financial / commercial acumen which will be demonstrated through your customer management success.
- Passion, enthusiasm and drive for results - a ‘Challenger’ mindset
- Degree qualified
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG sales and marketing
- Experience at the Senior National Account Management or National Business Management level
- Strong track record in landing big key initiatives in collaboration with customers
- Strong track record in leading and coaching teams and influencing others to deliver required results
- Commercial acumen to effectively manage the challenges of sales volume, margin and market share growth
