This role will be responsible for providing project support to Operations staff, including reporting project data for Project Managers across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is part of the Operations Business Unit and has associated Operations metrics. This is a part-time role (>24 hours per week) open to our Perth or Brisbane office. **Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities** - Create project records via Okane’s ERP Software (Deltek VantagePoint) including set up of baseline data and maintenance throughout project lifecycle. - Support Project Managers with tracking and updating project plans. - Review project data with the Project Manager to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement to support on time and on budget project execution. - Assist with specific project requirements such as the development of meeting minutes. - Format Technical Reports, Memos, and other project documents assigned. - Perform document control through the proper filing of documents utilizing client or internal software. - Coordinate and secure travel bookings and complete other administrative tasks as required. **Job Requirements** - Embody Okane’s Core Vision (Help Create a Better Tomorrow) and Values (Passionate, Smart and Clever, Positive, Thoughtful and Caring, and Humble). - Highly effective prioritisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Detail-oriented and highly organised. - Initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise. - A curious and creative mindset with a strong internal desire to innovate and improve systems and processes. - Experience and ability to perform work with mínimal supervision. - Proficiency and knowledge in Deltek VantagePoint ERP software and Aconex is considered an asset. **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** **Application Deadline** To find out more about Okane, visit: Home - Okane Consultants.
